I only bring it up because eraly during the season he brought up the fact that he had been to Norway, which was a random fact that he throughout in the series, so could he be something from Norweigian mythology? Regardless he is different from Peter, Roman and Olivia, whose origins were derived from Romania, so maybe the world they live in consists of different entities from different regions.

There's no such thing as a "random" fact. Only adolescents use "random" that way. "Random" means proceeding, made, or occurring without definite aim, reason, or pattern. E.g., a number selected at random.
