So if Olivia is Peter's great great great great grandmother etc
that makes Roman Peters Great great great Uncle
sharethat makes Roman Peters Great great great Uncle
shareIncest has been chic since Game of Thrones.
But it's so remote it can't really be concidered incest after so many generations even if Roman and Peter got together.
The fact that Olivia is Peter's ancestor isn't even close to being as disturbing as Roman having a child with his cousin and half sister.
shareDid I miss something? I've seen every episode, yet don't recall this being revealed. Does anyone know what episode this was established?
shareI don't recall that either.
shareToward the end of the first season, Peter has a flashback of the old gypsy telling him a story about being a child running from the Nazis with his "grandmother or great grandmother" whose name was Magdalena.
In the last ep when Olivia is telling her story, she has a child by the gypsy boy that she gives away and it was named Magdalena.
That's as close as they come to stating it but it's pretty obvious and explains Peter and Roman's connection.
Well, it explains it if you remember to point out that the child from the Nazi story was Nicholai, Peter's late grandpa.
He also knew that Order of the Dragon priest, apparently. "Nick, you old leg humper"...
They should do a prequel series about Nicholai, lol
