Even though the show is over but I wonder if there should have been a fourth season.

shareNo, the show was not well regarded at Netflix as it did not fit their vision for what a Netflix show should be like (Eli Roth alluded to this in a recent interview). That's the reason it will go down in history as the first Netflix Original show to ever be cancelled.
Netflix has essentially buried the release of season 3 (I'm assuming because it was so bad). The final trailer for season 3 came out just over two weeks ago. Famke has done zero promotion or interviews unlike in previous seasons. She's actually done more promotion for two guest spots she did on How to Get Away With Murder than her own show.
I'm assuming that Netflix was embarrassed by the quality of the show so they wanted to release the final season so quietly.
