Her death was so weak. She was completely irrational which is partially understandable.
Why would you ask someone you wouldn't believe? And even if he did do something what are you going to do about it especially after knowing what he is?
Well I always thought that traditionally all psychics are blind to their own future. I've never seen anyone divert from this and it appeared to be the same for her.
