The Worst. The Worst Thing Ever.

Seriously who wrote this trash? I enjoyed the first season. It was stupid, but it was kind of a fun story and it had an interesting set of twists and turns albeit obvious ones. The second season was bad and campy obviously culminating with the ridiculous lizard man, but I still didnt want my 10 hours back. It was fine. Stupid, but entertaining.

This last season ruined everything and the writers seems to just say, "Screw everything, none of it mattered, kill everybody."

From Shelly's insanely creepy 50 year old boyfriend? To her living with the Oliver Twist gang it was just so awful.

Then we had Roman who like at least some what stayed in character and I felt I could actually kind of root for him. However, he dies in one of the dumbest ways and his strength and power is never really explained and it comes and goes. Stupid all of it. I mean they also had him have sex with yet another sister...dear lord.

Price being gay? Whatever but do i need to see him getting reamed while doing poppers?

Lizard man plotline....dear lord so awful.

Upir disease, the annoying black guy she keeps seeing...this was simply the worst, the absolute worst. I cant describe it. It wasnt like fun B movie stuff it was like just so terrible and I guarantee the writers thought it was good. I guarantee. This is beyond awful.

I agree with everything you've said, except I enjoyed finding more about Pryce and his backstory- his childhood and how he just wanted someone to be happy and share his life with. Which makes him dying all the more sad and disappointing. Overall though: trash.

Yeah I guess I just didnt need the popper scene that seemed excessive. Its just disappointing because the first season was pretty refreshing and interesting. Again it wasnt like The Wire or something with a deep meaning or purpose, it was mindless fun. This felt like they were told a week before shooting that they would be going forward. They had 5 writers, each wrote different ideas and they mashed it all together into the dumbest most awful storyline. Then they thought since it was the end they could cover it all up by killing everyone off.

He isn't a black guy, he was Puerto Rican duh

reply

And what race are Puerto Ricans? The guy was obviously mixed with black.

I have to agree. Other than the character's names this season had nothing to connect it to the prior 2.

Signs were there with the utterly ridic wizecrackin' lizard bad guy ending to S2.
But 3 really was laughably bad.
Kill off anyone who was an interesting character or could act...
Hanging arcs for the worst characters, but no cliffhanger...
Introduce characters and expound backstories at great length, only to kill them off to no purpose...

It's like they were following a recipe on how to destroy a TV show.
It's typically 4 or 5 seasons before these boxset shows disappear down the toilet. This one did it in less than 3. Good work.

Go on Stanley, stick one in Jane Russell & win a goldfish.

I agree, and the show had potential too.

It went downhill faster than True Blood and Vampire Diaries, although both of those shows were longer, to befair.
