The ending

Left open for interpretation I think.

I dont think dead, but maybe he already raped all 3 of her holes, I didnt see any blood, but you really cant see much of her.

She looks pale too, but she was already pale to begin with.

I think she is alive, heres why, he made that cake the day he was kidnapped as the detective was supposed to pick her up from Valet Class, and we see him looking at her and the rest of the girls.

Sick movie, I loved it, one thing I didnt like was the constant interuptions during torturing the guy, the first one, ok, funny, it was his mom, second, the cake, third, his pops showing up, and all 3 at the exact time he was about to do something.

8/10 Stars anyway.

Well she still had her head on, and as the killer's method of murder was decapitation I'd assume she was just unconscious (unless that last scene is taking place weeks after the rest of the movie).
