I heard Reese filmed a full frontal nude scene, but it was cut before the theatrical release. I wonder if it's actually true?

shareDidn't see it in the movie. You can see Reese's bare breasts in the mirror from behind, and brief obstructed back nudity. They probably considered it was too much unnecessary nudity in a film that's not about that.
