Ridiculous plot hole
This film has some of the worst writing I've ever seen in a film.
Some have touched upon the many plot holes but here is the biggest one:
So Sam Jackson gets caught and then it appears as if the trial takes place the next day. LMAO.
It takes months for cases to go to trial if not a year or longer. But nope, in this film the trial takes place right after the arrest and when the main character goes back to the scene, he still sees the mark from the body on the ground, blood on the fence, the garbage hasn't been emptied, a cigarette butt on the ground... etc etc.
Anyways, just my observation.
