It's disheartening that any person or country or society would consider this type of violence and language and poor storytelling entertainment. Even the TV version had no redeeming value to humanity. Loved Angela Bassett though.

I agree. This movie was rather tame compared to lets say.... The bible

Well played sir. The Bible is extremely violent. Sampson killing hundreds of people with a donkey's jawbone would make a great movie.
