Send more troops!! Hello??

Why is Gerard Butler running around killing bad guys one by one when they could send a whole force down there? They picked up the kid, so send those same soldiers down the chute to help him out. Surely there must be a few skinny soldiers that can fit through a hole in the wall.

Not to mention the front door was wide open (blasted open), so send that whole army of snipers hanging around the outside in. There are literally dozens of military academies and other forces around DC.

I guess the whole army of soldiers outside are only for picking up prisoners that Gerard Butler saves?? Those guys that picked up Secretary McMillan didn't fire a single shot despite the firefight going on inside.

I can only fathom that they got their training from the cops that responded to the Columbine high school.

Ouch! My brain hurts after watching this movie.
