Last we see her she's telling Kang that they were removing troops from South Korea.

Where the heck did she go from there?

I don't think she or anyone else knew. It was all set up to make people believe Kang was killed too, so everyone else was in the dark. They'd done their job, and it was safer to eliminate them.
