I loved the doctor's secret test, especially since his idea of "checking out the car" was asking her a bunch of questions about her experience, then kicking the tire. So convincing.
Then the end with the taxi owner pushing the couple to have their child in his taxi, and asking Nathan to find another pregnant woman. "The baby sign was gone from his eyes, and replaced with another dollar sign." "Andy, I respect you so much as a businessman, but I just don't think we see eye to eye as human beings."
I loved that Nathan told the Pinks owner that he wanted to take Jonathan out to sea to "teach him a lesson he'll never forget," which anyone would assume was just Nathan overstating it to the owner, as he reveals his mundane lesson to them and they're confused because they thought it was something terrible... but then they show the illustrations of Nathan's "initial plan" which is probably worse than the Pinks owners would have guessed.
And then when he does the gum shocking thing, being satisfied with that form of punishment as if it was just as bad as the boat sinking.
Great stuff.
