At the end of each show, who says 'ABSOLUTELY'

At the end of each "Nathan for You" episode, there is a grainy video from 1991 with a guy saying "ABSOLUTELY".

Who is that? (That's not Nathan himself, is it?)

That's the production company's logo. It's at the end of a lot of shows, including Review and Comedy Bang Bang.
