'Smokers Allowed'. Brilliant! Two thumbs up!

That was brilliant. The first incarnation of that I couldn't believe. The one who deserves an acting award is Nathan, that was insane.
shareI love it because it makes so much sense that he'd do it, but you probably still don't see it coming.
When he recasts the role of "female bar owner" it just seems like your normal Nathan For You shenanigans, where he decides an actor can better perform the role of the business owner.
But then when he doesn't get the response he had hoped for from the business owner, he's so desperate for validation that he just needs to hear the words, even if they're coming from the actor he hired to play the business owner, and it's beautiful in its awkwardness.
If you rewatch it, there was a time when Nathan took a longer pause before saying the next "again".
It's obvious that the real Nathan (not the character) was trying hard to not crack up. He was taking his time to maintain his composure while swallowing his laughter before delivering his next line.
Although it'll be cool if we get to see the outtakes in that scene...
