A lot of the businesses don't seem to be struggling at all. It's just Nathan claiming they need his help. More often than not, the joke's on Nathan. The businesses end up exactly where they started, no better or worse, but just having experienced something very bizarre.

shareI hardly see any of Nathan's ideas hurting any of the businesses. If Nathan was taking money from them for his "services" that would be a problem, but he's not and if any of these places go under it would be no fault of Nathan's. If anything he really is helping by creating some buzz about the businesses.

Free publicity and exposure, aside from making some people look silly occastionally, it's all in good fun and I'm sure they get compensation. Hell, if I still had my business, I would LOVE for him to come in, but then again, I would know who he is, so, it would be ruined.
