she tried it on with a bird in season 2 who turned her down and apparently she is more successful in season 3

She seems to be confused about her sexuality.

Stella doesn't strike me as a person who would be confused about anything. She's simply bisexual.

Clearly bisexual but seems to prefer Men. I'd say she is more bi curious

She likes men and women no big mystery or need for the character to announce she's 'bisexual'

She doesn't seem bi curious at all. She seems very fluid & confident in what she wants & when she wants it. If she's into someone, gender doesn't matter to her.
