i dont even think they can be killed EVER.
they have survived explosion, fire, acid burnt, bioweapon etc and still surviving. will they survive if they are being cut into half?
They are invulnerable and immortal but don't know that (since they can feel pain and are too naive to learn much from experience), which is why they act as if they're very vulnerable.

lol. I misread and for a second thought it read, "Are the minions immoral?" Which is also a good question since they've always wanted to work for the most evil thing they can find yet don't seem particularly bad themselves.
shareYep, and although they initially evolved they have not further evolved in millions of years and survived the great cataclysms that wiped out most other prehistoric life.
