I remember that scene and thinking that the guy on the street was a little creepy, but I honestly thought after they dismissed Randall that they were going to make the new money guy the stalker and I was CRINGING!

I couldn't quite tell if he was hitting on Will or not. It seemed like it but then it got a little awkward like they got their wires crossed and were talking about different things.
Honestly I'd rather he be hitting on Will than Rayna who's freaking married with kids and happy.
