He already knew she was sick. He offered to take her to the hospital in an earlier scene, so just euw! yeah, i made a comment to my husband about how desperate some guys are.

I can vouch for this. A guy friend of mine recently went on a date with a girl and couldn't help but notice in her home she had all sorts of appliances to make coffee. He swore up and down it smelled like coffee down there.

Seriously, though. There would have been no way that a guy like Riley would have touched her. Or anybody touching her for that matter.

Honestly I can't imagine any guy being desperate enough to bang her before she got sick. Sam was not what one would call hot, and her personality was even worse. Poor Riley, he could have a done a lot better. Alice, for example.

And I agree with whoever said the movie had already gone off track by then. Did this mysterious disease make her go psychotic too? It was a fairly entertaining low budget thriller until she started killing people -- then it just went all-out silly.

Well, that sounds like a flaw in you more than anything else. Najarra Townsend is beautiful. A beautiful woman will always be better than a hot girl. Her personality was fine, once you disregard the fact that she's freaking out because her body is decomposing.

Alice just looks like every girl you've ever seen at every party. The kind of person you might hit when you're drunk.

Look, she's not a monster but she's in NO way what would ordinarily be called hot by the average guy. It's highly dubious that one guy let alone, what, three?! are chasing after her plus another girl.

It sounds like most of the replies are coming from women or gay men who aren't looking at a woman's sex appeal from quite the same POV. Oh, and I do quite well, thank you, without paying. Such a juvenile comment.

The way all the other characters acted around Samantha (except maybe the doctor) practically ruined the movie for me. I mean, for god's sake.... both her eyes are bloodshot, she's losing her hair, she's white as a sheet with visible blue veins, her nails are bloody and falling off, and nobody reacts with more than a "oh, you should probably get that looked at"?

And by the time she has sex with that guy, one of her eyes is white and she has a huge scab on her mouth and rotting teeth. And he still wanted to schtup her? What was he, blind? Give me a break.

It's too bad, because it otherwise could have been a scarier and more shocking movie. By the last half hour I was groaning at the other characters' absurd reactions to her obviously deteriorated state.

We were lucky to even get that response! Most of the people just continued discussing their drama with Sam, completely ignoring the fact that she looked like a decomposing zombie.
