In the beginning scene, there is a women against a tree that has a see through shirt on. Nipples are barely visible. Same women wears inappropriate clothing throughout the movie.
Side boob seen when we learn of Hellboys parental origins.
Violence & Gore
Giant demons come out from hell and begin killing people in London. One of them has a giant blade and uses it to skin people. Another impales people with his legs. Another one spits fire and burns everything. The fourth destroys a bridge with lots of cars on it. This is the most violent scene in the movie, expecially beacuse the victims are all innocents.
