Why bother passing comment then? Do you really think your opinion is of value to anyone, considering you are yet to see the movie?
this was a beautiful film, it had a lot of depth, humanity and beauty to it. you will love it, I am certain of that.
Something about these zombie films, noir apocalypse pieces that have giving, heroes, caring, etc, really make you feel whole again and appreciate what you can do for the world until your end comes.
night of the comet and that great one in new zealand from the 80s (The Quiet Earth) reminds me of this. The Road and The Rover both had dystopian auras about them, but the one was filled with hope even during apocalypse.
Here's a list of apocalyptic films you might like:

A boring movie with terrible acting and people who whine and cry and use drugs far too much. Gave it 5/10 but it's really a 4.
shareSo you got nothing from James' redemption story? How it took the end of the world for him to finally become a good man? Before the film, he had only cared for himself and his own pleasure, as evidenced by his "friends" at the party. It's the events of the film that teaches him that he is not the centre of the universe - that there are people counting on him. Zoe. His mother. Rose. And even Vicki.
But it's his saving of Rose from the pedophiles that accelerates his growth until, by the end of the day, he knows what is the right thing to do, and he knows he has to be responsible and spend his last moments with the person who needs him the most. Vicki has her brother. Mum has her puzzles. Rose has her dead dad. And now Zoe has Nathan.
What are you? Some kind of sex wiccan?
Yeah who knows what that guy is talking about, this was a good movie. And the acting was excellent.
Stand up for what is right, even if you are standing alone.
