Where and when can I see this in the U.S.???

It dropped out of Australia after a couple of weeks so I wouldn't get too excited until the dvd/BD release.

Sucks too as this was an awesome film.

Canada is getting a cinema and itunes release so no doubt it will end up on the pirate circuit, the dvd/bd is getting a December release according to the movies Facebook page, I really want to see it again!

I agree, I know with the Rover there was a single cinema showing it and I had to make extra effort to see it while the average film goer might have heard of it but couldn't be bothered. When I got around to seeing TFH I was 2 days late from being able to see it at my local cinema because it got pulled and had to funnily enough had to go to the niche cinema and even there they didn't advertise it on any of their signs that day but it was listed online so I had to actually ask to be sure it was on and thankfully it was.

I always wonder why a numerous month delay between screening and home media distribution exists still?

Agreed but it is the dinosaur distributors and studios that are regressive and refuse to adapt.
