Who knows how long it has been since he last had sex, she got him revved up just before that plus earlier in the day, he's been "in love" with her for years, and she wasn't exactly letting him have time to do it properly.

It was a bit silly, but it's not as if the movie is gonna waste time showing the entire duration of their sex before his death. I think both actors would start feeling a bit awkward after a while lol.
