Amy had all the blood still on her while being interrogated, and when she leaves the police station the blood is still on her.

There wasn't any time for her to shower at some point?

That's normal. Every time I'm at the hospital, all bloody from the person I murdered, they don't clean me and send me home in hospital-clothes.

Yeah, that was ridiculous to me too, that she only washes once she comes home.
