1hr too long which ruined the overall film

This movie should've ended with Amy driving away ready to start a new life.

It would of made the bad guy win, got rid of all the plot holes. The dark mystery/ revenge thriller movie was perfect and even ended with "how I done it" ending

So how about you just stop watching it at that point?

I loved that it had a longer run time than the typical 80-90mins. This was a great film. The depth you can achieve by going out to 150 is always worth it in any film.

Scientologists love Narnia, there's plenty of closet space.

Not any film, but certainly this movie warranted its length. Laughable that the OP would have liked it to terminate straight after the first major twist.🐭

Why should the story end before it's over though?

reply

Because the movie went downhill quickly after that point. The first half portrayed her as a cunning victim to get out of a toxic marriage.

She planned it perfectly and then the second half she became a bumbling golf pro where hillbillies saw through her and then some uber rich old lover comes in the mix which leave so many plot holes

where hillbillies saw through her

She dropped her money belt. They didn't see through anything, they were just there when she made a mistake.

He was already in the mix, or did you miss the two or three other scenes he was in?

reply

Yes, she did drop her money belt but they also say "you don't respond to your name" and about 2-3 other things which tells them she won't call the cops

reply

Which is different than them knowing she is "Amazing Amy."

reply

Way too long.

So go on. Kiss me. Kill me. Do something.
