Desi/Amy sex scene & the shower scene

When Desi and Amy have sex, her panties are on the whole time. So..??? How is she raped and semen found if her panties are still on?

I never saw the infamous penis scene in the shower. I don't know what everyone else is seeing. There was never a full frontal shot. Again, so..???

What am I missing here?

I also missed nudity in the sex scene. Not because I long for seeing it in movies as I noticed a majority of people do, but because it was so unrealistic and ridiculous for such a meticulous Fincher picture to have a sex scene where the character has her underwears on! It was definitely weird.
Well, considering the amount of odd, unnecessary male frontal nudity (both from Neil and Ben - yes, the penis is there) and the lack of the typical, commonplace female nudity, I'd bet it must be some king of statement by Fincher. A sarcastic wink! wink! to Hollywood's standards. Or it could all just boil down to what was in Rosamund Pike's contract, after all, there was some female nudity.

Fincher was going "European"... Now, at first, that may just seem Risqué and such, which it does partly... However, it's the Role Reversal that sticks out the most and in Europe, especially France, Italy and Spain, the Male Full-frontal is very common and so is the Female as more than just a Love Interest. Fincher wasn't playing around and while I love the Screenplay/Script, Fincher is the person that turned this into one of the best filmd since 2010. He is as Dark as they get. Denis Villenueve(Whom I constantly talk about on IMDb) is probably the only other filmmaker that has that weird ability to make a film beautiful to watch but utterly disturbing as well. Meticulously crafting every frame... He's a true artist.

Male nudity should be more common in films - it's only fair.

I didn't notice Neil, only Ben and that was extremely brief (just a micro flash really)

This ^^ And yes, quite common.

As for the "penis in the shower scene". I've seen the movie, I think 4 times by now. The first time I didn't see it all, but visiting this board, the third time I stopped the film and pressed forward, frame by frame, just to see if it really was there. And it is. About 0,01 seconds. It's a normal penis, and I have absolutely no idea why this is an "infamous scene", or why get so excited about it.
