Look back at the chinese trailer, you'll see Kai standing menacingly on some rock as he turns and roars with the camera zooming in close to him... but that's not in the movie. Another thing in the trailer and not in the movie, is when Po is standing on a ledge in a kung fu pose as Kai holds his blades at the bottom of the screen. Were these scenes cut out or something? Another thing, is in the latest trailer, you see Kai and Po launching towards each other, but that's not in the movie.

Every movie that comes out will typically have stuff in the trailers cut from the movie. It's because trailers come out before the editing process is done, so it's inevitable that scenes will end up on the cutting room floor, even ones that were in the trailer.
