In the first movie they made a big deal about how ridiculous for a panda not only to be the dragon warrior, but to learn kung fu at all. In KP3, it seems that pretty much any panda can do it though. The last fight reminded me of the Ewoks vs the Empire at the end of RotJ.

To be fair, I don't think the other pandas were actually learning Kung Fu. They were just learning how to use what they know how to do in order to temporarily distract or slow down the chi statues, so that Po could fight Kai and not be disturbed. Also, Po figured out how to use Chi on his own. The pandas didn't know how to do it, until Po taught everyone how to do it after the battle.
