The Trial
If these two kids were just charged with misdemeanors why was there even a trial? The prosecutor would have just plea bargained the defendant's sentences of probation and community service and moved on. I don't think the defense or prosecutor would have wasted the court's time with this. I don't know... Maybe I missed something.
