Question

I was wondering same thing. I just saw that part 20 or so min. ago, here's my question.. I'm 50 minutes in, w/46 min left, just saw the court room flashback when the Prosecutor mentioned that the 2 friends spend "50 hours a week" been a long day for me, I guess I forgot already, I feel stupid lol, I already forgot exactly why they started this project, is it for schoo?, but IM MOST CURIOUS about, whether or not, these 2 boys, what?!, I mean, they don't go to school?? What's the deal there?

I was thinking it was held during a summer vacation or something. The movie also answered my own question later on haha

Sean saw the email from Ethan's dad in the last tab. He mentions this during his prosecution, Also, the "documentary" was filmed over six weeks. It looks like most of what we see in the film is on the weekend (filming in the middle of the night, for example); although at one point we see Ethan walking home with a backpack on when he locks eyes with Mr. Grainey
across the way.
Not only that, but there's a Halloween decoration on Ethan's front door and it was obviously chilly enough to crack the window in Cold Spots.
