S1E3 - Questions

Re: The girl in the water.
I must've zoned out whilst waching some of this. Why was the cop hiding her body in the morgue? And what was her confession at the end all about? I'm finding a lot of the story very disjointed and struggling to get what's going on half the time.
Was the term 'meths' ever explained in the 1st or 2nd episode? I had to Google it to find out why they are called that.
Is anyone else struggling or should I perhaps seek advice for my attention span...?

reply

"Meth" was explained as being based on the biblical character Methuselah, who lived for 969 years.

The story fails to hold one's attention, which is what many of the threads on here are about.

Thanks, yeah I must have missed that bit.
Just watched episode 4, there's seems to be a bit too much going on with all the side plots etc. The action is good it just feels like its lacking in a lot of ways.

It was mentioned in the first episode during the initial car-ride.
But there are many details that I missed because they were dropped in passing in some random conversations. I had to look up that 653 resolution on the Net, for example.
A lot of sloppy writing here.
