1. He has no freedom(Tony Stark holds his hand)
2. Hes pretty stupid(Lets forget that he was really smart and made his own costume in the books)
3. The Villain is pissed at Tony Stark(Yeah FFH rehashes this)
4. No Uncle Ben(His greatest Role Model is replaced by Stark,its because of Ben why Peter is the hero he becomes,to make Matters worse,Jon Watts confirmed Ben's fate is unknown meaning he could be alive. Meaning he a be an unfaithful husbandl or scumbag person)
5. His supporting cast his bastardized(Without the names you wouldn't recognize the characters)
6. Actually Miles Morales in Disguise?( has the fat Asian Best friend who likes legos and has Tony Stark watching over him)

no he didn't , he made up his own assumptions , not everything has to be identical to the comics, been there done that , i actually thought Homecoming was a fresh take on Spider-man , and a very good one.
