If you don't mind black and white you could buy a used copy of Essential Amazing Spider-Man Volume 1. Honestly, rather than buying all those comics you listed you could just buy this.

Just Ultimate Spider-Man in general. Probably one of (if not the) definitive modernisations of teenage Peter Parker. Seriously, most of the Spider-Man films have taken from Ultimate in some way shape or form. Not sure how it became though when Miles took over the mantle

I don't care for the Ultimate Universe. Nothing beats the original comics.

Brian Michael Bendis' run of Ultimate Spider-man is the best thing out of the entire Ultimate universe, although I do much prefer the older Peter Parker. I personally think that J. Michael Straczynski's run of Amazing Spider-man (sans "Sins Past" and "One More Day" which were caused by corporate interference) to be the best Spider-man run to date.

Bendis' Ultimate Spider-Man, from start to finish, is not only the best of the Ultimate Universe, it's hands down the best Spider-Man story. There are definitely some good stories here and there among the 54 years of the original Spider-Man stories, but most are hokey and haven't held up well for a modern reader. The Ultimate Spider-Man story is heroic, hilarious, profound, and the only comic book that ever made me cry.

The Stan Lee, Steve Ditko and John Romita comics from the 60's and 70's are great.

Spiderman: The Child Within.

It is right after Kraven's last hunt so Peter is dealing with that, then Vermin escapes and it deals with his origin, and to top it off Harry starts hallucinating he sees his father.
