So no follow up on Bill Primm? SPOILERS

I guess Mickey did kill him. I figured that would come and haunt.

Thought it was an OK episode. Starting to become unbelievable how often Ray is able to get out of trouble in the last episode. Someone from his side needs to go.

Bunchie confirmed his death to Ray.... He said, "it was a blood bath".

reply

Bill Primm was yet another pointless subplot that went nowhere. Also recall that when the ripoff went down at Primm's house and they got the cash out of the safe, Bunchie left enough finger prints to have himself strapped into the electric chair.

reply

Fingerprints? That will be a story on the new show CSI: Ray Donovan.

Not to mention they can check lungs for the type of water and see that Capos' sister had fresh water in her lungs, not river/lake water.

Not a pointless sub plot, it was vital to acquire the money for the Russian which was ultimately unnecessary.

Where is that money or where did it end up? I lost track.

The bookies wouldn't have had to pay out on the bet, so they have it.

If the opposite of Love is indifference, what's the opposite of Hate?

SPOILER
So the Donovan family wipes out part of the Russian mob. Ray confronts dude he knows will be armed , with a baseball bat. I know he had Lena who was armed with a firearm for backup, but that could've gone bad. In a real situation he would have a firearm with the bat, before this encounter with the Russians, the Donovan family has committed a trail of murders and the Donovans come out relatively unscathed.

reply

If Ray has a gun in that situation, the Russian shoots Ray or Ray shoots the Russian, depending on who is faster. Ray didn't want either.

reply

The baseball bat has been Ray's weapon of choice through out the seasons of Ray Donovan. It is more satisfying to pulverize someone to death than a simple bullet to the head. He can take out all the aggression he has toward his terrible family.
