Kat's freezer scene...
Was such a fine piece of acting from Shailene Woodley. The way she opened the freezer felt so authentic and raw, her hands tremble, her facial expression, fluctuates with anxiety and uncertainty, as she removes each pack of meat one by one with ascending speed, eager-yet-fearful to find the consequential truth about her mother being stored inside the freezer. After she was caught by his father, Woodley's already vulnerable state, further exacerbates with a resounding confusion. Her voice regresses by volume, as she finally breaks down and cries with pure grief.
