Many Americans are very scared about nude scenes

I know right...and it's not like it was an uneven ratio of cleavage. the men's nipples were showing even more often. it all made sense but people call it excessive because of how taboo female anatomy is over here in the states.

Viewers welcome it. It's the film market who scare of it, because nudity changes the rating which will limit certain age group from entering the theater. It's all about money.

I'm still yet to understand why sex scares people much more than violence. Is there something very wrong with society in general? Or am I not getting the whole picture?

I NEED to understand this.

Please...I can't remember the last movie outside of Apatow that showed a guys dick. We're repressed sexually. I blame the Pilgrims. We don't like to talk about death either.

You really notice it after watching European films for a while then switching back to Hollywood films where there's no nudity or sex. Even 60's French films seem to have much more nudity than Hollywood films today.

reply

Yeah, you'd think nobody in America ever has SEX in real-life if a nice pair of boobs bother them so much. . .
