To compound matters I think they picked the wrong episode to submit as well. Episode 7 in my opinion was one of the worst of the season. Tatiana should have won an Emmy for astounding work in the first season but since then it has been a much less compelling case unfortunately.

I think episode 406 was better, but Maslany obviously thought she showed a wider range of emotions in episode 407.
I think 90% of Emmy voters didn't even knew the show existed until the season one snub outcry.
