I just realized, all her characters will be gone after this show, forever.

Unless they do a spin-off which is unlikely. All of her characters will die with this show and Tatiana will just be Tatiana from now on and will have to take roles which won't require a change of her voice (to sound like Alison or Cosima)... or the visual aspect, i will never see the crazyness of Helena anymore.
It's so cool how she brought life to certain parts of her personality... that i will surely miss in her upcoming movies or tv shows!

Can we somehow make her do interviews in character while filming this last season?

Well, maybe. I am still hoping these characters were reappear in some capacity. The most recent talk has been of a holiday special e.g. "A Very Helena Christmas":
