Is Scott in love with Cosima? He is really determined to help her no matter what danger it puts him in. Talking about Scotts feelings, not Cosimas.
Cosima is my favorite of the clones. Helena is by far the funniest, but there is something about Cosimas kindness and optimism that makes her really appealing.
I believe that Scott is in love with Cosima on many levels.
He's a geek she is female. He is sort of intimidated by her mind which turns him on. She actually pays some attention to him. She is like minded. She is a clone.
All these factors combined make him unable to do anything other than whatever it takes to insure her health, safety and well being even thought he knows he has no chance of being with her. If he met another woman he would be able to fall in love but will NEVER leave Cosima and whom ever he ends up with will have to understand. No matter what she thinks of him, she is his soulmate.
I had (incorrectly) suspected Scott of having shot Delphene at the end of season 3 because it made the most sense with her cryptically asking if she would be ok, if Scot were some sort of monitor for Cosima. I had assumed it was someone close to Cosima so the most obvious candidates were Scott, the rebound girl, or one of the main clones.
I had originally thought Scott as well, since the timeline between the dinner scene and Delphine actually being shot weren't 100% clear. Who knows where she went in the interim, or what else she did prior to being shot. I love this show and I've rarely been disappointed, but I did think it was a bit sloppy to have someone we hadn't seen in S1-3 be the shooter. Why would she ask Duko, of all people, about Cosima!? That made no sense.

I think it was a bit of a fake-out/let down having an unseen character be the shooter, but to be honest I prefer it to shoehorning in some twist in making it Scott or whoever, which would have opened up a lot of plot holes.
I don't think "What Will happen to her?" implied that she knew the shooter though. She figured she was about to die and used her last words to ask what would happen to the woman she loved...
I think a lot of people interpreted the look on her face as one of recognition, but I saw it more as a look of resignation.
When lightning strikes the sea, why don't all the fish die?
to be honest I prefer it to shoehorning in some twist in making it Scott...
Yeah, Scott as the shooter wouldn't have made sense, as he has been too loyal. Whereas when Gracie was the traitor in season three, her loyalty was always questionable. The Duko choice was weak, but Scott would have been much worse.

The part I did not like about Duko being the one who shot Delphine is that we see him later kill Kendall Malone with one clean shot to the head. With Delphine he shoots her in the stomach. Why? Then he is distracted and leaves when he hears a car, Dr. van Lier comes and saves Delphine. So the only reason he shot her in the stomach instead of the head was so that Dr. van Lier could save her?
Yeah, excellent points, although to be fair it looked like Duko was going to shoot Delphine a second time before he got distracted by Krystal and Van Lier. Still, virtually the entire sequence was contrived to bring about a pretty lame trope.
I like your assessment of the look on her face when she saw Duko.... resignation- very good point. She knew it was coming, and her understanding started even when she heard the footsteps and set down her bag. You're also right, if they had made it Scott or someone else from the inner circle, it would've left open a ton of plot holes that they may not have been able to close!
That scene and her asking about Cosima capped a sequence of moments where a more or less "disliked" character (in my mind anyway- I never cared for her up to that point) did a 180 and I realized how much she loved Cosima and how much she did for the Sestras, and I stopped disliking her. Now- I can't wait to find out what she's up to and what her REAL story is come S5!

I think he does or did, but has by now transcended that, accepting that he will never had that kind of a relationship with her, so at this point just loves her, more than being in love with her. He cares a heck of a lot, at the very least. I have no good reason to believe that, but it's the way I like to think of him.
I think everyone here agrees that Scott is now part of the extended clone-club family, along with Felix, Donnie, and Siobhan... and Art, let's not forget Art -- he's done as much for everyone and loved Beth.
(Did I miss any non-clones in the extended family? I'm not sure Jessi Towing is close enough yet.)
Edit: how about Paul?

I don't know if they're family but Hell Wizard and Benjamin have both risked a lot for Clone Club. I don't think Jessie is even aware of the clones other than Helena.
