the ending of heat was badass. having burt reynolds stalking the demarco character saying the terrible things he's going to do to him and that it's never going to be over, until the guy freaks and feels it's just best to kill himself! instead they just offed the guy in a typical statham fight scene. waste!

The bad guy kills himself? That sounds stupid.

burt reynolds is a better actor than statham. that was probably one of burt's best scenes ever in an action movie at least. he had to make it seem like killing yourself would be a better way out than the torture he had planned, so it was a lot to ask. i think it worked.
