A pleasant surprise
I love Christmas, and watching hallmark Christmas movies is part of the fun. Most of their plots are interchangeable, but The Gift of Peace was a nice surprise. Not only does the story revolve around loss and grief, but it also embraces faith. This is the kind of movie fans of the channel have been wanting. The cookie-cutter movies are still ok, but having a story with a little meat every now and then is always welcome.
