I thought Curse of Chucky was nice stop to the franchise, I hate current Hollywood trend to Nostalgic sequels, which meant nothing than ruining cannons

Um yes, we need a sequel. We need to finally see the END of Chucky! At least this series has yet to undergo the reboot/remake treatment and I hope it never does. Don made the right choice not to do so as he thought to do back in 2008. He only made "Curse" because of a rights issue that wouldn't let him remake the original with some studio he was currently under. I wish that was the case with a lot of these horror franchises.
shareI'm glad they made a sequel. I would've been very pissed if they rebooted the series and we never found out what happened to Andy after the 3rd film. Most would've assumed that he was sent to prison and was framed for Chucky's murders. The events that happened in the 4th film, probably let him off the hook.
shareI was scared for Andy at the end of Part 3. This is now the third mass murder spree he's involved in. I figured he was being blamed for everything but due to a lack of evidence, they should have let him off. Good to see he was cleared and made it through Kent. I got more in depth on this, but briefly, in my Child's Play 7 fan script.
