Does anyone wonder if Parker, while possessing Josh's body, had sex with Renai?

My understanding is that Parker's mother forced him to dress in girls' clothes, against his will. But as an adult, Parker was somehow forced by his mother (was she dead by then? was her ghost influencing him?) to stalk and kill young women while dressed as "the bride in black." And *after* Parker's death, he tried to possess Josh so that he could enjoy a normal *boy* upbringing. And when that failed he wanted to possess Dalton, again so he could grow up as a boy.

So it doesn't seem to me that Parker was gay. So would one of the perks of possessing Josh be access to his wife?

I don't think so and i strongly believe Parker was indeed assexual, he felt no sexual attraction for men and women.

I don't think they had time, both had many things to take care, but if they did it would be a nice set for a sequel, Parker would be able to possess the baby if Renai got pregnant.

You are probably right that Parker was asexual. And knowing nothing about how a happy marriage works, he probably found just interacting with Renai difficult. There *was* that scene where he was watching Renai sleep and he stroked her cheek, but for all we know, he was just imagining how much he'd enjoy cutting her up.

He seemed like he enjoyed being a dad to the boys though. But did he still have his eye on one of them, to transfer over into?

Yes, a Chapter Three where Renai was pregnant with Parker's child might be interesting. But we'd have to have more "ghost of Elise," which would be pushing it. I already felt in Insidious 3, when is poor Elise going to get to go to that "better place"?
