So did Parker kill all those women before or after he was admitted to hospital and killed himself?
shareIt's not made quite clear but the series would seem to suggest that short of possessing empty bodies and pushing people around a bit the spirit world (except for Demons) have limited power over the living in the real world because it takes too much energy e.g. Parker's Mom slapped Renai but didn't kill her, and they appear to have even less power over the living in the Further.
Also even though in spirit form Parker is seen wearing the black dress the fact that they find a physical one in the basement might suggest that it was pre-mortem physical Parker that committed the murders under his mother's instruction. Whether that instruction came from his Mother living or dead is unclear.

Makes sense. However it also means Parker was never charged with these crimes, which would probably have put him on par with the zodiac killer
shareWait so the whole time, the Josh that we see living in the house is actually the ghost of Parker possessing him. And we see scenes of the ghost of parker's mother behind the bathroom curtain trying to convince Parker to munder the family, but why would Parker need convincing since he's already murdered a *beep* ton of girls?
