Liked the first half, hated the second half.

I did too! I thought it was intense and frightening.
It really didn’t get bogged down with inane dialogue. Plot went right to the point.
Admittedly, some of the female protagonist’s actions about midpoint were somewhat ridiculous:
SPOILERS !
Lack of food problem - go to near by church and ask for help or a women’s shelter, or DAMN just get in the truck and leave , altogether!

Finding out the guy was probably a killer, she should have played it cool, then shotgun his ass!
