Vontae urged the GM to watch the replay of the Wisky-OSU game and see what happens. They watched it and he got flustered, but overall he was good and won the game. I thought maybe Vontae thought he was point shaving or something, but they never mentioned anything like that.
There was nothing that really turned them off. Did I miss something here?
The fact that he got flustered when Vontae was in the game and didn't play as well and then he won the game when Vontae got kicked out he didn't have him to worry about and played more loose and won the game.
shareExactly. That's why he was saying that he won. He got inside his head and got him all messed up. While he was in the game the guy was more worried about what Vontae was doing instead of doing his job.

He spent the rest of the game watching Vontae trying to find out when he was going to sack him next instead of watching the field develop. It wasn't until Vontae was out that he was fine. It questions what he would do if he got sacked early in an NFL game. Would he work past it or would he spend the whole time watching the D-line looking to avoid the sack.

Vontae knew that the next play Bo was flustered, un-composed that he couldn't deal with adversity and panicked. yeah Bo won the game but what I got out of it was that was only because Vontae was ejected in the 3rd quarter. Vontae wasn't on the field wreaking havoc on Bo so therefore Bo settled in and won the game.
