Seattle would have called Jax (Error #50)
Callahan acts surprised he got Jags pick. Dumb!!! They would have ALOT more to offer and would have contacted them also!! God this movie was BAD!!!!!

shareI was thinking that also. You have to realize they were fine going into the draft without getting bo. They were 1 pick away from getting him for "free" why call up Jacksonville and offer up a pick for a guy you didn't even plan on getting and were fine without getting him.
Seattle was sitting there with Callahan falling to them. They waited instead of reacting, it happens
sharecosner called jax 2 picks away from them being on the clock. he got to them first. now if jax was on the clock and seahawks wanted bo then, a bidding war for the pick would of worked. But that didnt happen

I don't get why they thought that the Jags would trade #6 for 3 #2's when they needed a QB. Especially with Seattle having 5 number 1's over the next 3 years that they could trade. Jags would've called up Seattle in an instant for the #7 pick and a future #1 if they didn't want Callahan.
shareI think everyone was thrown off their game when Callahan didn't get the first pick. They were all thinking Sonny knew something they didn't, and they had already decided who they were going to try to get, since they weren't expecting Callahan to be available. In a situation like that, minutes would really make a difference in making decisions and seeing opportunities.

Seattle would have called picks 2 on as soon as Cleveland passed on Bo... One of those teams (since they had no intention on taking Bo) would have jumped at pick #7 & a #1 next year in a heartbeat (especially since either Cleveland's or Seattle's should be pretty high next year)
