Disney obviously asked everyone to produce a body switching episode. It kinda seemed like the writers tried to get around it by making it part of a home movie which was a lot less fun. Maybe Avery wrote the episode. :-P

I thought DWAB's Freaky Friday episode was the weakest of the lot.
It came off like the producers weren't wild about the idea and didn't have any fun with it like the other shows did. They took what should have been a fun and over the top story line and tried to make it a melodrama about Avery accepting herself.
It wasn't as good as the other freaky episodes,especially JESSIE and GRAVITY FALLS. It's too bad GOOD LUCK CHARLIE didn't do a freaky episode too.
