Well Liv & Maddie is taking its place on Sundays. I don't know what they'll do with Jessie. I have a feeling they might move Jessie back to 9pm. That's what they did with SIU in its 3rd season. Although it's hard to say what they'll do with Wonder Over Yonder cause Disney usually shuffles their animated shows around depending on what else is airing that week.
Hmm, I always thought of it as if Liv & Maddie was taking SIU's place. But yeah, looking closely at the lineup, it's taking DWAB's place.
So this is what the Sunday lineup might look like:
7:30pm - GLC 8:00pm - Liv & Maddie (formerly DWAB) 8:30pm - Austin & Ally 9:00pm - Shake It Up (I'm guessing it'll end in October. There's only 4 episodes left after August ends and they could split it evenly for Sept/Oct or just stretch it out to November, who knows?)
IF they choose to end Shake It Up in October, then I guess the week after it's final episode, Jessie will resume on Sunday nights @ 9:00pm probably.
Back to DWAB.. how well/poorly do you think it will perform on Friday nights?

DWAB has been consistently last in the ratings in this current batch of Disney shows. So, I doubt anything is going to change.
However, this move is an obvious attempt to try and change that with better lead-ins... Which is strange since ANT Farm is ending apparently, but if you look at the new Friday block, it's geared specifically toward young(er) viewers versus Sunday, that is more family/teen-oriented.
Jessie seems to be the wildcard because it has no official time listed for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. It's probably the "stand by" show they can insert anywhere to pad whatever other shows are airing if need be. Jessie is a ratings anomoly because it fluctuates wildly week to week to making consistent predictions impossible (which itself is the only consistent thing about the show, ironically).

I can't believe the Season Finale was Number 1 on iTunes for that week. Being last of the DC shows doesn't make it bad. It's doing great for a show about a Talking Dog and with a lead that isn't like most typical lead girls. I know it doesn't boil down to looks. But if it gets ratings like it does and had a main cast like SIU, AF or Jessie, then the show would be in trouble.
