'Lost in Stanslation' Episode Discussion
This episode had some funny moments but it was overall okay.
The Spanish note that Wes gave to Avery was really unexpected/random though.

He assumed Avery knew spanish and wanted to impress her with what he wrote
You're amazing
It was actually one of the better episodes of the show. I didn't like the Chloe plot though. That girl is a bit too weird.
"Weird is just a side effect of being awesome."

I agree, Chloe was funny as usual, and Chloe is pretty weird when you think about. With the food in her pockets and how she is with animals, even dead ones. I'd say she's unique as opposed to weird. I think that's the point.
The Avery plot was pretty funny, but I think she still had room to say, after she found out what he asked, "it's inappropriate, but I'm not your tutor anymore." But the way they played it works too.
Embrace Debate.
Maybe in 20 years, when Chloe is in her late 20s, she will meet Max Russo and they will fall madly in love, get married and live weirdly ever after. By the time she's 30, the 10 years Max has on her won't matter.
To paraphrase (or directly quote?) Karl: "It's not strange."
Yeah, I know filankey is not a word, but it's gonna catch on.
I LOVED it. I thought it was hilarious and I loved the studying sessions. The soap opera stuff was also hilarious.
shareWas anybody else surprised by Nicky getting jealous over Tyler's new girlfriend??
shareTyler's a good looking guy, I would've assumed Nicky may have had a subtle attraction to him. So her being jealous isn't so surprising to me
